1. Digital License & Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user license. These files are for your personal use only.

2. Intellectual Property Restrictions

To protect the engineering and development time invested in these tools, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• No Redistribution: You may not share, sell, or distribute these files to third parties.
• No Commercial Use: These tools may not be used for commercial coaching services or resale without prior written consent from Phantom SimRacing.

3. No Refund Policy

As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales of digital products are final. Once the download link is generated or the files are accessed, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

4. Updates & Compatibility

• Software: It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct software to use the digital files.
• Future Updates: While we strive to provide continuous updates, these are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed indefinitely.

5. Limitation of Liability

These tools are provided "as-is." While they are designed to help you understand vehicle behavior, Phantom SimRacing is not responsible for your race results, safety, or any software issues arising from the use of third-party telemetry tools.
